GROUP HOME SERVICES

Our group home services provide are much like a family setting. The homes consist of 4 to 6 individuals with developmental disabilities.

We currently have seven group homes located in well established residential areas of Muskogee, Oklahoma. Daily living skills are provided to all individuals as well as supervision by trained staff as approved by the individual’s Plan.

Six of our homes meet the ADA accessibility standards.

Approved accessible transportation is provided to all individuals. All homes have on site laundry facilities. Rental assistance is available thru HUD and Section 8, to all individuals who are eligible. Applicants must be 18 years of age or over and certified for group home services through Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Developmental Disabilities Division (DDS) or private pay.

Traditional is a service that provides a congregate living arrangement offering up to 24 hour per day supervision, supportive assistance, and training in daily living skills to eligible individuals eighteen years of age and older who are independent in most of their daily living skills.

Community Living is a service that provides a structured environment with 24-hour "wake" supervision. The staff will provide structured activities and the supports necessary to meet the needs of individuals who need a great deal of assistance from staff in completing activities of daily living and of those individuals who have severe physical challenges.

Admission is dependent upon availability and eligibility.
