Residential Services

This set of services include Supported Living with staff assisting the individual(s) in their own home or a home rented by the individual and five (5) group homes for the disabled.  We serve individuals of all ages and with a wide range of needs with assistance in any and all facets of living.  Severity of disability has never been a factor in our selection of consumers. The needs of the client determines the staffing ratio.

This program at onset is ordinarily 168 hours per week depending on the severity of the disability. The hours are spent in the usual activities of everyday life including: personal care training, homemaking skills training, recreation and, if deemed necessary, at a later date training in vocational activities. All of these programs are open to individuals who have private means or who may be sponsored by third-party payers or court ordered life plans.

The In-Home program serves individuals in their homes with less intensive services as determined by individual needs.  On the average we serve the individual by balancing residential and employment needs.

The Companion program serves individuals who reside with a companion of their choice in the companion home.  This is an excellent option for the individual who does not relate well to care givers who work shifts.  These programs are also open to individuals who have private means or who may be sponsored by third party payers or court ordered life plans.

Group Homes provide group home living for more than 25 individuals who are disabled and over 18 years of age. Click here for more information about each home and how to qualifying for living in these five homes, as well as current openings. INCOR is an equal housing opportunity agency.

These programs are especially valuable to Insurance Claims Rehabilitation workers who may be searching for a placement for an individual who has suffered traumatic brain injury, or with problems which may counter indicate placement in the person's own home.  INCOR's CEO served for several years as Home Office Claims Rehabilitation with The Home Insurance Company and with the Kemper Corporation in Long Grove, Illinois where he designed and set up Kemper's in-house Rehabilitation Company. Because of this long exposure to the needs of the claims person, INCOR routinely provides excellent service, and full documentation at a reasonable price.
